So we have a wet, foggy, snowing, cold, damp weekend.
Still enjoyed being with the family, took the dog for a couple of nice long walks, dropped the boy off somewhere, picked him up form somewhere else and soon it was Monday.
Drove to work in the cold and the damp and then spent 5 hours at my desk fighting off problems coming up with solutions and then I went home for lunch and......
The sun was out!
I pushed the button on the sunglasses drawer and eased the sunglasses over my squinting eyes, pushed the button that fired the 5.0l V8 into life and started the drive home.
The Orange paintwork on the hood shone as I drove along the road, acknowledging a couple of admiring glances as I went along my way.
Started down towards my house, following a learner driver but just as I was going to signal to turn into my driveway, the learner turned off and I have the open road in front of me.
So, I knocked her down a couple of cogs and opened her up.
Ten minutes later, with a smile on my face I pulled in to my driveway for my lunch. Suddenly the day seems brighter. This car is awesome anyway but when its dry, its just amazing!
Dog didn't seem that impressed with her shorter walk though!
