Nope, the only thing I did before installing it was coat the spacer with high temp enamel paint

Maybe that's your problem, look at where I'm pointing my finger at...that's where the spacer needs to be modified...I'm surprised that you didn't notice it, does your TB look like mine from the back?

Hmmm, I'll take a look at that tomorrow, because that does remind me of something I came across with tonight.

The one I ordered was the Black one. I just don't remember it sitting funny though, but I do remember the bottom right bolt not screwing all the way in and thought it was maybe the threading of spacer being a little worn from unscrewing it, the other 3 were fine.

Wow I keep looking at your photo, and you might have just cracked my case. I want to go back to the garage right now but dont want to wake up the neighbors lol - need this car back up!

but it just makes more sense why that lower bolt wasn't screwing right where you have your finger pointed too. I just mounted the adapter right onto the manifold. Need to take a closer look at it again, but do you think about maybe sanding that side a little down with a dremel?

:lol::lol:

thanks for pointing that out :cheers:
Sorry about that! Yea all 2015 and up spacers will require some light dremel work to one corner to sit properly. My TB is actually a 11-14 TB according to the part number which means the eBay listing was incorrect.

I'm waiting to hear back exactly how much of the corner needs removal so I can modify the file and re-upload to shapways.

Does that mean I'll get a new free spacer once I get mine "dremeled"?

Haha why would you need one if your current one fits after the dremeling!? ;)

Haha in all seriousness the modification will just be me adding the cutout into the part to begin with rather then a redesign.
