All of those stickers and wings = Rice

All those stickers and wings make it a race car, as they are all mandated in the rulebook. Each decal is there for a reason as they are series sponsors, and the wing actually works and is needed to compete, unlike the ricer junk. It needs a trick paint job really bad though.

That looks like the same car they ran last year at Daytona. I have a pic of it with that same dent in the same spot from 2016. Unless thats an aero mod for Daytona.

Maybe they modified the same chassis, but it has different nose, hood, wing, brakes, engine, transmission and more.

Nah, wings, splitters, and stickers ARE rice. Racecars are lame and are wanna-be ricers.

Nope, went back and looked at my pics from last year, it had more damage last year. Last years car was definitely a racecar though....it had stuff duct taped under the hood.

Interesting that it's got a GT350 badge on the side and a red R Cobra on the grille.......the show car at SEMA had neither, and wasn't badged as a Shelby at all.

That is what I was going to say if its a GT4 Mustang then why is the GT350 badge still on the fender? I really like the racing Mustangs

Well when you shift like over 40 times a lap for two hours and the Porsche doesn't. He already has a half a second a lap on you or more. That's why he likes it. These guys get paid to win not shift.
Nobody in the 24hour race has a manual trans anymore.

LOL good eye,it doesn't show up that well in person, but I have it on good authority that the two cars from last year are in storage waiting for a buyer.
