Painted calipers

Painted my brake calipers yesterday with G2's custom ruby red color. Added the Brembo decals this morning and going to clean her up in a little while.

I got a deal on a SCT tuner and JLT intake for $300. However, my car only has 10,500 on it and I don't want to void the warranty, so it will just be sitting in the corner for another ~25k :(.

On that note, I made an appointment for next weekend to have my transmission looked at (under warranty) due to clunking noises in 1st and 2nd gear.

Thanks, Robert. No. I painted them on the car. Just followed G2's instructions. Cleaning and masking them took a while, and then I put three coats of G2 on them, waiting 20 to 30 minutes b/w coats.

After the third coat, they looked pretty good, but after the paint cured overnight, they looked even better. :cheers:

Thanks, Chris. You can Google G2 Barke Caliper Paint and Brembo brake caliper decals and you should get a lot of info.

I'm assuming it doesn't matter that your in Australia. If you can't find info that way, I can post some specific links.

I think I purchased the decals from an Ebay vendor. They were just a few bucks.
