I think we'll see more changes though. It seems certain the hood will look different. Any chance you can lose the 2 hood spears and add 2 '68-inspired hood vents?

Good skill. Now if you could change the hood to a flat hood with flush vents that would make it even more close.

Very well done!
I do however, believe that the grill opening will change to a slightly smaller design that reflects a similar shape that incorporates the harder, sharper outline of the '17 Fusion grill.
A render that assimilates and depicts these changes would be awesome.

I can totally see that going to production. Nice work. It also follows Ford's values for updates/facelifts (ex S197).
