I've got the ford performance sport catback on my ecoboost - and I love it for the most part - but under low load and throttle input (usually drving in traffic, etc) it makes some really nasty buzzes and rattles in the doors.

Is there anything i can do to try and combat that? I think it may actually be feeding back a bit in the active noise suppression system - because it pretty much goes away if i have the windows down.

Mine started sounding terrible rattling every time I started it cold but after a while it would go away when heated up. Turns out one of my welds was broken so they replaced it.

Fyi i went ahead and disconnected the microphone, and it made a huge difference. Very very rarely i get a tiny rattle but the annoying and regular buzz i was getting is gone now.

I installed the FRPP touring exhaust on my GT. Under certain condition/load/rpm's it would make this weird vibration/harmonic buzz sound.

At first I thought it was drone. Nope! turns out it was loose bolts. I had tightened per spec recommended torque but apparently that didn't do it. I put it back up on the lift and put the jubilee twist on all of the connections and it stopped.
