Not trying to stir the pot but the car was bred for the track. I just do not get people that seem to ignore the merits of what Ford has done with this car only to worry about 0-60. I understand eliminating wheel hop but to focus solely on drag racing it makes no sense to me. Just my opinion. I am not trying to tell others how to use their car.
At the end of the day everyone will use this car for what they damn well please.

Ford has to walk a fine line between people who actually intend to track their cars and those that just want to own a cool car with A/C and a stereo. If production cars could be optimized for everyone, there'd be no need for the aftermarket. I recall again when I asked Ford about the non-functional Oil Pressure Gauge in my '01 Bullitt (it was basically an idiot light in analog gauge form), I was told they got too many Warranty returns with a real OP gauge that moved with engine speed.......hard to please everyone.

It was a out 10pm, the 2017 camaro hit me up, it was rolling race. He was ahead of me about 1 1/2 car, I was in my first gear at 4500 rpm, yea baby I got power. When I dumped the clutch, hit my 2nd gears, wow the car spun and gone side way, so eventually the car will corrected itself, but it too late the camaro kept on fighting. Of course we're out of road. My gt350 couldn't passed the camaro, yes I have kooks long tube headers with a green cats, stock exhaust. I don't track my car, the street is my play grounds.

Street racing is bad.. Why did you start a rolling race out of the power band.

That's really cool Ford added a self correcting feature. I can't get it to work on mine.

I'm more ashamed of him racing on the streets, the dam fool. And "rolling race", but yet he dumped the clutch?

Who is ignoring the merits of what Ford have done? Who said they only care about 0-60? Who is saying they are focusing solely on drag racing? Nobody.

Just because you buy a track oriented vehicle, doesn't mean you can't run the car from a stop to 60 every now and again just for fun. The vehicles are not one-dimensional... Based on your logic, nobody owning a GT500 should ever ask any questions about reducing body roll in the corners because, after all, that car is only made for the drag strip right?

If you're spending that much money on a GT350 one would think that wheel hop should be nonexistent. Wouldn't you agree??
