Do y'all only tune with the mycal? I already have an sct X4.
Because of the additional access that our proprietary tuning software allows our tuning files are larger than most. This is why we cannot tune with SCT hardware.

It was a tough decision for me but in the end the ability to tune for a CAI or similar if I wish in the future without paying for a new tune (and more) made me go with Livernois.

Should get it next mid-week ... hope to post impressions by next weekend.
We appreciate the opportunity to win your business Lou:cheers:
If there is anything that I can help you out with please feel free to let me know!

i do like that livernois does that, when you want to put other mods on .. cause i know i cant afford to do everything in want in one shot .
We are in this for the long haul. We want to build partnerships with our clients as they grow with their vehicles. This is why we offer the additional fringe benefits like free remote tuning revisions. What is the point of constantly being in your pocket?

What's a 'Version 8 tune' and from who?

Or is this the 8th version of a tune from someone?

I'm running a Livernois flex fuel tune for my car that has full exhaust, intake, and thermostat. Car runs awesome and couldn't be happier with the tune. Their customer service is great too!

He has the 8th version or revision of our tuning.
Hmm I'll have to check what revision I'm running. Is it worth asking for the newest revision?

Gotcha ... why the 8th revision? Assume you're not stock and have major upgrades?

Nice to know Livernois continues to tweak your tune either way.

Of course it is, it's better.

Just an intake for now. Will report back on newest tune.

How are you getting datalogs back to Livernois Chameleon? What are you using for datalogging?

Derek,
Are you able to keep the stock file with Lund tune and flash it back to stock when need to?

Cheers
Stan
Indeed you can. The device will store your stock file on it before flashing the aftermarket tune on the car. At any point you can return the vehicle back to the stock file if you like.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, Jared

^ Why does Apple, apparently a perfect computer/OS, provide updates?

Same reason.
Sometimes I wish I never updated my iPhone because I hated the changes...

Chameleon let us know how you like the update. I'm interested in what Livernois improved on.

He is not we do not require any logging. Logging is used when you do not have a car(s) in your own fleet of vehicles to test on prior to releasing tuning support. We routinely purchase and or receive test vehicles or all makes and models. Anyone that has visited our shop, like Jeff, can attest to this.

the nice thing about our ability to log with the ngauge is not only to fine tune if needed, but to help trouble shoot a mechanical issue too

there are many times in the datalogs, that we can see potential issues that need retuned or corrected.

i wouldn't get hung up on whats the absolute cheapest, but whats the best :)
