For me, a female (dare I say) officer at work said "Nice body kit". I just said "thanks". Didn't want her to bust a cap or raise the egress on me.

Haha, I had a guy at a gas station ask me one time if my Viper was one of those "Dodge Mustangs".....Had a guy stop over to buy some old furniture...asked me if it was a Viper
I got chased to race by a guy in an e36 (1995-1999) M3. WTF!?He didn't say anything but I had a guy in a mini try his hardest to race me
did he say "What is Google"?Someone at an hpde event told me " that's probably not a great car for the track" I told him to Google it lol
Not sure about your skill level, but what did he say after you passed him?Someone at an hpde event told me " that's probably not a great car for the track" I told him to Google it lol
Turbo'd e36 m3s are extremely quick (I used to own one). Very easy to get north of 500whp at around 3150lbs. There are street driven ones in the 9s 1/4 mile. But :ford:I got chased to race by a guy in an e36 (1995-1999) M3. WTF!?
Heck, I competitively race an e36 M3 (NA). But, being dogged on public roads (crowded ones at that) to go burn up some asphalt approaches a level of stupidity I'd like to pretend doesn't exist. The car looked well set up and cared for, and may have been FI, but still . . .Turbo'd e36 m3s are extremely quick (I used to own one). Very easy to get north of 500whp at around 3150lbs.
