Just a heads up, Ford Performance America are offering tuning packages that don't affect warranty (https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-9603-M8).

I've sent a message to Ford A asking if this will be available here, they've responded saying someone will be in touch shortly so when I hear back I'll let you guys know. Might help if a few others send messages too to show some increased interest to them.

You are kind of wrong. It shortens the standard warranty from 5 years or 60,000 to 3 years or 36,000 miles. But that's still better than getting 0 warranty repairs if something happened. I also imagine this has to be installed and performed by a certified Ford dealer?

I believe when you re-read, technically the warranty statement is specific to the actual Ford Performance parts, and not your actual vehicle. This is to be clarified though.

Our warranty is only 3 years anyway, will be interesting to hear from Ford Aus. I like the idea of power pack 1 if it doesn't affect warranty significantly, and the price isn't insane. I'll guess that it's probably not going to be worth it though.

Yep just did a quick google to see that all the Ford Aus range is 3 year/100,000km warranties.

Jeez... I'm coming up quick on mine already and I've only had it since March haha.
11,000+ km's and counting!

Interesting, if nothing else it's a good guide for a DIY performance upgraade - e.g. buy "GT350 cold air intake with 87mm throttle body and GT350 intake manifold M-9424-M52" off the shelf and go to a local tuner to get the 60hp out of it

Yes the drive to work always bring a smile, sometimes a frown when you don't get the opportunity to open the taps :(

500rwhp would be nice though, I think exhaust and tune would be about the limits of my expenditure on hp goes though. Maybe a little more on the handling side ;)

More than likely, Ford haven't given me a definitive answer yet. No tune for me for a while anyway I think. Just picked up an XY GT so goodbye money for mustang mods.

Interesting article on the Holley manifold mainly (for me) from a perspective of where it add the HP (5300+ rpm) and that it loses a bit of bottom/mid range Torque.
