Yeah I also noticed that and forgot to mention it. Thank you for pointing that out. Plus the procharger you don't need lowering motor mounts.

so you don't blow the motor up. The piston design isnt ideal for FI implementations. A replacement motor runs about 26K ish. I wouldn't get too aggressive as the "first" either.

Why are so many on this forum against a blower or turbo? I think this motor is perfect for a centri or turbo. High rpm means more hp with less boost needed. The compression isn't that bad. C6 z06's are 11.5:1, and people put forced induction on those all the time. Just need meth or e85.

So what exactly is wrong with the internals on a 5.2 with low boost? I have seen a few 5.0s making 650-700rwhp with 10lbs of boost and don't 5.0s have 11:1 compression?
