Not entirely accurate.

I would argue in some cases, maybe many cases, that people will purchase something based on seeing others having it. You see this in phones, purses, shoes etc. Monkey see monkey do.

It seems to me the S550 is a pretty hot commodity right now. In the same breath the 6G camaro isn't. I've said this over and over and over again but it bears repeating... that because of the fact the 6G camaro looks so much like the outgoing generation it's a part of the reason it's killing it's sells...
The Camry and the Accord both boasted in commercials that they were the best selling cars in America at some point. The F150 is commonly referee to as the best-selling truck of all time.

I'll be waiting for GM to say "The worst selling pony car with the highest profit margins" and see how that goes over with the public.

Oh I forgot, according to Camaro 6 the Camaro is the enthusiast's car and shouldn't care that It doesn't appeal to normal people.

I'm gonna agree with the pricing scheme of GM. It's awful. You can't even get the Tahoe with the 6.2, you have to get the Yukon or the Escalade. I wish more companies would offer an a la carte ordering process.

I wanted an SS sedan but they only offer it fully loaded. I don't want all the technology crap.

Have you driven a Camaro to make a valid comparison ? I'm not sticking up for the Camaro, but your statement sounds like pure fanboy-ism if you haven't driven both cars.
Yes I have and wasn't impressed. V6 cheap interior, over priced and hard to see out of it did handle decently but rode rough I couldn't live with it as a daily driver. Ill stay with me Ecoboost Mustang by far the better car.
