How long did your gt350 spend in production phase? Everything has been going like clock work " normal" according to COTUS, window sticker came up 7 days early and went into production phase just like it should. Now it's been in production phase for 6 days? Build/blend date May 17th but still shows " in production "? just getting a little anxious now I guess.

The "In Production" lasts about a week, but that's not what you should be worried about. Its the "Awaiting Shipment" that can vary a lot. That's when they install the stripes/rear wing. Some may take only a week, mine went for 4 weeks and its now ready to be shipped in "In Transit" status.

I believe it's going to say "In Production", which is the primary status, until the car is released for shipment. That can take anywhere from two days to a few weeks. None of my cars have been available through COTUS though.

It took about a week after the blend date to show awaiting shipment. Everything you described so far seems normal. If it goes to the detail shop after production (not sure if track pack does) it will falsely show "in transit" on COTUS with no ETA until that process finishes. I'd guess your status will change in the next few days.

Shouldn't need detail shop, no stripes. I'm still just trying to be positive about the eta June 5th delivery day

Interesting bit I just found out from calling FP for an update.

I asked him after my build date, if it goes out for stripe. He said regular GT350 stripes go on in the production line, R's have to go out for stripes because of the wing, and also for the CF wheels. Great news for the non-R owners, since we dont have that extra long step.

Also asked the rep about how I can't see my window sticker on any of the websites: Ford direct, qa cotus/ordertracking, etc. He said we aren't supposed to be able to pull those up, they don't even have that ability. Lol

Have you called Ford Performance? Ours were built the same week but my car apparently hasn't even been to the mod shop yet. Rumor seems to be a lack of CF wheels holding up R shipments, but that's pure speculation

Great news! So I decided to call FP today even though COTUS hasn't changed and reads "in transit" with no ETA listed. I assumed it was still in the detail shop. FP said the system updated Sunday and it's on the rail car last update in Indiana! FP couldn't give me any rail info however. Do you know if the dealer can find that so I can track? I know there's info on other threads how to track it via rail once you have the shipping info.

Ok, I'm going on day 15 of "in production" I've got a PM into Rachel at Ford. I'm hoping they/she can help with some info? called SVT on Monday and they had no clue why so long???? Anyone else got a 350 being built in the last 2 weeks that made it through the "in production" stage?

I'll let you know as soon as I find out. My car is scheduled to roll off the production line today. It was in the body shop for stripes apparently, on Monday. FP did mention that the cars go through the QA process after its built. Maybe your car is in that phase, or maybe they found something that needed correcting?
