Just came here to say that, I wasn't stalking it ... honest ;)

Just got this pic of the Talisman sailing into Zeebrugge.

Ain't that the truth! My good lady was the one suggesting putting down a deposit when we were in for a test drive on Monday.

I hadn't really thought that far ahead, despite wanting a Mustang from way back when. Initially got the bug after driving a bunch of V6 rentals in Texas when out on a project there back in 2007. Then had an S197 with the Coyote V8 a couple of years back in Canada, followed by Canadian spec 3.7 softtop last summer when over in Calgary seeing friends. After driving the S550 over there, and wanted to see what it was like on our smaller roads. Escalated into a purchase. I'm not complaining. :cheers:

She said "Well if you are going to have a ridiculous car, then you better do it properly". Or words to that affect. That I heard.

This will be our only car, so perhaps a spot of enlightened self-interest? I'm not complaining....

Talisman has now docked in Zeebrugge. Took a few hours to get through the lock and into position. Tugs just finishing off now...

I really need to stop checking this damn boat!

Based on Manders timescale, I can hope for delivery on the 28th but we all know its going to take a few extra weeks which should be fine. June delivery is very very likely now!

Based on Manders timescale, I can hope for delivery on the 28th but we all know its going to take a few extra weeks which should be fine. June delivery is very very likely now!

You won't be checking this boat anymore, it will be the Autostar/Autopride now, and then StenaLine after for me.

Hahaha! That's brilliant, yes, at least she understands, my girlfriend had a picture of a mustang stuck to a calendar and moved it everytime I got an update on my car :lol::lol:!

It should do, message Karen and Stacey they should be able to tell you today if it's booked on the Ship, I wasn't told it was booked on until Thursday (2 days before the ship left on early sat!).

Ship left Saturday at 5am for me, arrived 9am Saturday. (9th April).

I'd arrived in Zeebrugge: 27th Feb

Usually you're 2 weeks in Zeebrugge. Track the 'Autostar' ship, that should be heading to Zeebrugge in the next couple of days to take ships from Zeebrugge to Southampton (It'll probably be down the west coast of spain at the moment). And should arrive fri/sat/sun. However just checked looks to be heading down to spain at the moment, so it maybe the other 'AUto' ship that's coming for the weekend movement of mustangs. Think it's autopride, recently left Zeebrugge, however will go back to Zeebrugge soon, so probably track the Autopride.

Ask Stacey just to keep you updated as to when it moves... Do you know if it's been undersealed or registered yet?
