Ok so I am going to buy a 350 from an out of state dealer in IL, I am in FL. I am trying to figure out how I go about getting courtesy delivery set up and how much it may cost. If u have any experience with this please chime in

Thanks.

I too would like to hear from the experienced GT350 owners that took delivery via transportation.

I'm buying out of state, I asked the dealer to drop ship the car to another dealer local to me. I called that dealer and asked if it would be okay first though. He was fine with it, and so was the dealer I bought from. So, we'll see how it works out. I plan on getting all the paperwork signed and payment made prior to shipment. Receiving dealer said he would check the car over with me and record any damages or issues and prep. I told him I didn't need any prep other that maybe the splitter installed.

I tried today(2 weeks after I got my VIN). Salesman told me it has to be requested when the order is put in.

My dealer wouldn't do it, it can be a real pain, especially if the end buyer backs out and their car is stuck a few states away. My local dealer was going charge $300 to receive the car, it was $900 to ship so not a huge diff.
