Hello,
I read the couple threads about motors blowing up. I of course hope this doesnt happen for a long time but also mentally preparing for it.
That said Im pretty good at wrenching but have never pulled a motor myself. Is this doable in your garage? if so do you pull the entire front bumper etc off then out the front or how do you physically get it out? Any write ups out there?
I imagine my plan will be to get it out tear it down looking for the failure then haul to a local speed shop for machining or whatever it needs then bring home put back together?
