About a week ago I was somewhat surprised by the dealer who said my car (2016 GT350 Track) had an ETA at the dealership of 3/25-3/31. I was pretty excited but it was just an estimate. Today he told me that he made a mistake and has now learned that is just the date "the car is released from the factory but then has to go to Shelby"

Does that sound right to you guys? I didn't think Shelby had anything to do with the actual production of these cars.

Shelby American has nothing to do with these cars. He sounds misinformed.

Call Ford Performance 800-367-3788 they could not be any nicer....

I called Ford Performance today as I was not happy with the information I am getting from my dealer. There sure is a big difference on what they both state. Dealer said ETA at dealer by the 3/25-3/26. Ford performance told me today that it was produced on 3/8 but has not been scheduled to ship out yet. They were not able to identify when this is schedule to be put on transport either. Guess its just sitting in some parking lot at the factory.

My was built 2/16 released 3/8 for shipping ETA 3/16-3/21....still no movement!

It's not a true GT350 unless it's sat at the factory for at least a month prior to shipping ;)

Mine sat 2 months.

Good point as mine sat for 5 months in FR but at the end of the day I am very excited and happy to have it in my garage!

Thank you! I find myself looking at other cars....I know I am only a few weeks away, but I am gone for the entire month of May. Watch, it come May 2nd.

Hope you have better luck than me....mine has been sitting in Flat Rock for 5 weeks since it was built & 3 weeks since it was released for shipping.

Called FP moments ago and same status. Built 03/09 , hasn't been realesed
for shipping and guy said not to get excited too much with 04/03 ETA as this
means nothing until the shipper picks up the car.

That just made my day!!!! :(
