Looks like it got hit at an angle on the drivers side front corner and it bent the frame. If you look at the strut brace on the drivers side, you can see it is tweaked.

Otherwise, I couldn't imagine there would be $50,000 damage to the rest of the car in broken and damaged parts. Though they probably also took the salvage value into consideration when totaling it.

Wonder what they paid the owner...

If it was a track pack car, i'd probably be a player on it.

Snag the trans and coolers for my tech car, use the motor, tech trans on my galaxie, possible figure out how to use the suspension in it too, Galaxie GT350...

Then again, the voodoo is probably a complete pain in the ass to get running in anything that isnt a mustang.

If you had the entire car and ecu, likely doable, but likely a lot of sensor defeats related to the drive modes and what not. If FP offers it as a crate motor, im guessing they will offer a stand along ecu/harness as well

yeah. I'm imagine that the best course of action would be to get a base model tune and flash it onto the tech or track computer, then work backward from there.

A buddy of mine put an ecoboost V6 out of an F-150 in an f100. what a complete paint in the butt that was! i'm not sure he still thinks it was a great idea, regardless of how unique it is.
