The insurer cuts you a check for the estimated cost of the replacement car. Leaves it up to you to find the new car. The other problem is that the insurer probably isn't paying ADM.

If indeed this story is true...I am sad. All too often I have seen female drivers texting and not watching the road, on occasion when I make eye contact with them, and give them the stink-eye, they get it...sometimes.
I think we as the general public should not have to put up with that tuype if irresponsibility and we should have them public shamed, when we see them breaking the law.

I see plenty of male idiot drivers daily. The problem is there are too many terrible drivers in general male or woman. People drive me freaking nuts.

I drive a route truck for a living and see the worst of the worst. I've got several million miles of driving over the years and I could go on and on about it.

males get into the more serious accidents because they take more risks, women get all the nickel and dime type scrapes, dings, backing into things events that hardly get reported to insurance. Mens spacial awareness is stronger
