What sort of times are peeps experiencing for the Southampton stopover. Ford system seems to allow three weeks for Southampton arrival to dealer delivery which seems excessive to me.
I've been told by Stacey/Karen that it'll be two weeks before my car is shipped to Southampton. It landed in Zeebrugge on the 09th and I was told, previously by them, to expect delivery on the 09April.

Seems incredibly excessive, if the handover includes retrieval from dealer, 3 weeks isn't too shabby, because two of them weeks 1 will be PDI week, the other is just structuring into your schedule and pickup date, so includes contingency.

If it helps my spreadsheet shoes an average of 7.3 days (1 week) before pickup after arriving at Southampton, i've discounted the anomalies such as those waiting to register in 2016/for march delivery etc. And just included information publicly available.

How long do you have your vin ?

Elnrgt500 I had my VIN for over 3 weeks before window sticker went live. Check post 3pm as most stickers seem to go live around lunchtime in the US.

For dates for mine see my sig.

Mine too landed in Zeebrugge on 6th of this month. Was told via [email protected] that it would be shipped to Southampton on 18th (Arriving 19th). From there it may depend on your dealer. Mine said it would be straight up as soon as it gets to Southampton. He also knows that I know when it's due to land, so I can't be fobbed off now - not that I'm expecting to be as my dealer has been generally pretty good.

Soon find out anyway.

So close now....Tysla docked at Zebrugger last night at 23:00 so hopefully offloaded now and being undersealed.

I don't know if the ship waits or another one will take in on to Southampton, but I suspect the biggest delay will be customs clearance, once it gets there.

My dealer has me booked in for a PDI the week beginning 23rd of April, but I am hoping it will be sooner. :frusty:

stiggy congrats kevinS550 stiggys post answers it but 9/10 times its a different boat. The boat will usually drop yours off then move to other ports in Europe to send cars off etc.

My car gets to go on her little short (not) sail across the seven seas tomorrow!

Just heard from Karen that mine's on the Viking Odessa - arriving in Southampton on Wednesday!!

I'm in shock! .. better get my act in gear to get ready for it!!
Was that an unprompted email? Have you literally just heard? We're you previously expecting the 18th/19th?

Karen emailed me at 3pm today - only just seen it in my inbox! She'd previously contacted me to say that it had cleared customs in just 3 days (down from 10 last month), so looks like they're going through the underseal process quickly too (or I was just lucky).

Anyway, due in S'oton on Wednesday :eyebulge: I only half cleared the garage at the weekend :frusty: need to get a wriggle on, but looks like there's a chance I could have it by the weekend

Since the 1st of March. ETIS shows something, but all the date info is wrong. The window sticker was released today.
ETIS wont update until after car is built now. The blend date on sticker is the build date so don't expect any updates until then. Should be soon if you have your sticker though.

Keep us informed how the onward travel from Southampton goes. Wish I was on that boat too. Every day counts now since my current car has chosen to give up on me! - Still, should only be a few days behind.
