? Best exhaust set-up- without voiding war.

I am currently working on exterior mods before I change the whole inside, I am curious as to how far I can go without voiding any kind of warranty I have.
I am curious as to how far I can go on an exhaust set-up without going too far and screwing myself,

Also, debating Outlaws or Roush or going a higher route and getting http://www.americanmuscle.com/borla-atak-catback-2015v6.html
If anyone has any personal experience I would appreciate it!​

well, might depend on the dealer. I recently had to take mine in with 5700 miles, my dual mass fly wheel broke, I have headers, a custom x pipe and custom mufflers. they didn't give me any grief over it. also, before I took the car In I called the dealer, and when I told him I had a exhaust, he was like that's not a big deal, almost all of them have some kind of aftermarket exhaust. take this with a grain of salt, as it may be 100% dealer depending.

Any catback/Axleback will be fine. Choose which suits you best on personal preference.
Youtube, Youtube, Youtube this will put you in the ballpark.

Deleting the Catalytics or adding Longtubes, will be dependent the particular dealer you work with.Speak to your service advisor and see how far he is comfortable staying quiet about.

I check with my service rep at the dealer before installing them, there was a guy on one the treads in Louisanna that mod his exhaust system had a rattle took in to dealer they put it on the rack saw the exhaust mod and void his warrenty. It depends on the dealer and the service rep my service rep said good to go anything after the Catalytics.

I have the flowmaster outlaws. I have since put an xpipe on it. I only have a video of the outlaw and a short clip of the xpipe

Anything behind the cats is fine. Modifying the catalytic converters will get you in trouble with the warranty. But I promise you, any H-Pipes, X-Pipes, True Duals, Muffler modifications, etc. will not void it. Just don't touch your cats.

i took my car in for warranty work on the driveline with bbk shorty headers, custom x pipe and mufflers....never even asked about them.

IMO the x pipe is the way to go on the 3.7.....to me, the H pipe sounds too course. I like the smoother, high pitched sound of the X....but that's just my opinion

If you're worried about warranty, my advice is to go with a catback. Catback shouldn't void the warranty but you can always put your stock exhaust back because it's a bolt on that's what's nice about it. That's why I got a catback and I kept my stock exhaust (I actually have it in my room lol). I got Gibson and I highly recommend it.
