The Ngauge has a proprietary code locking system that married to the vin. The reason lund can unlock it is because the code developed the tuner. If PBD sends a tune, the tuner will be unable to apply it onto the new car. It must be unlocked.
You could probably skip the throttle body.
The JLT CAI is best paired with the cobra jet manifold in my opinion, but the 18+ manifold is comparable.
Good luck getting an Ngauge that’s unlocked.
SCT or RDI (I think that’s it, but I can’t remember the exact name) are really your only tuning...
Just so you know, you won’t be able to get a lund tune with that Ngauge. That being said, PBD may or may not be able to unlock it. I know lund can unlock the lund racing Ngauge, but you might possibly have an expensive paperweight now.
Bearings were shot. Replaced them, still getting the noise and smell, but gear changes are way better.
Should I be changing the transmission fluid? I keep getting told it’s good for a lifetime.
I have a 2015 Mustang GT with 65k miles on it. Within the past few months i've noticed a almost whirring noise coming from the rear end. The sweet spot is 50 MPH at very low RPMS when I barely touch the gas. The diff is a 3.55 and the tranny is a 6r80. The transmission is giving me really jerky...
It’s extremely fun to drive, and it’s about to be more fun with boost.
It sounds less raspy in person, keep in mind I’m filming on my phone lol. The raspiness is almost definitely from the cats being removed, I’ve done enough exhaust combos to figure that out.
I could probably take the rasp...
I've changed my exhaust setup over 10 times and spent some stupid amount of money trying to get the car to sound good.
This setup is the winner in my opinion.
I managed to find an x pipe from a gt350 (He wanted full 3" and just gave it to the shop), and swapped it in.
This is a catless setup...
Well I just needed to figure out how it would sound after I installed it. I need to see if I should just buy the same resonators or some large magnaflow style ones. The shorties sounded better but I wanted the power advantages from longtubes.
So apparently a good amount of the s550 axlebacks are shared with the ecoboost. I decided to run the s197 borla attaks to see how they sounded and the results actually turned out to be good. Still not sure if I should keep the H pipe or change it to an x pipe.
This setup is with the bbk...
Hey all, changing up exhaust for more power and better sound. I have longtubes and borla attaks for the s197 v6 models ready to be put in. I have a few questions before I pull the trigger on an H pipe.
Most videos I’ve seen of s550 catless honestly sound way too raspy, so I’m thinking about...
