Will my car ever drive the same after this accident

Hello, I just got into an accident and was told that I bent an "ear" on my rear crossmember. That is all I was told but I do know it holds the bulk of the rear suspension. I'm worried the car won't be the same after. What are your thoughts?

I wouldn't be surprised if you just had to pay the difference to get that part.

Keep an eye out on eBay. Crossmembers go for $100-$250 plus shipping. I bought a complete rear suspension for $1400 plus shipping.

My shop will definitely let me pay the difference or purchase aftermarket parts instead...just wondering if I should be worried about the drivability or if it's a bad part to have broken

Depend on how bad it's bent, and if it can be pushed back into place. The worst case would be that the rear alignment won't be in spec.
