So i have flowmaster outlaw axlebacks airaid CAI ,throttle body spacer just installed a set of bbk shorty headers and car was runnig awesome for 5 days then it started misfiring took it to the dealer could not find anything after 4 days said it was misfiring but it was in the programing and they are blaming it on the headers apparently the pcm or computer is always learning and sensed something and tried to compensate and thats the problem anyone had any issues after installing these on a air density motor?????

Did you install all the parts at once? That's probably the reason if you did. I'd unintelligible the shorty headers and just drive around with the outlaw and the Cai for a bit so that the car can learn the parts and then put the shorty headers back on. And did you get the airraid with the closed box or the open box for track use

This is why a tune was my second modification. No matter how much your computer "learns" a proper tune adjusted to your mods is a smart move. I'd say remove the headers and throttle body spacer and ride around see if the problem is gone. Then hit up Torrie here on the forum and get yourself hooked up with a proper tune.

Removing them headers and re-installing them will be a bitch I would see if an aftermarket tune could correct it.

My experience trying to adjust your intake air flow without a tuner. I drive a around trip of a 120 miles non-stop at high RPM's to let the computer adjust the air flow. Just driving around town stop and go traffic won't adjust the computer air flow.

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, they HAVE to prove that your headers caused the misfire in order to void your warranty, assuming this is a warranty issue. If not, you need an aftermarket tune(which will void it) unleashed has really good tunes, i'd suggest looking into them.
