I've asked multiple times for a DORA with either no response or he dodges the question. I have tried to look it up on www.cotus.ford.com but I get an error saying "No matching vehicle found". I'll try calling Ford Performance tomorrow but I'm getting close to asking for my deposit back.

Don't put too much stock into Cotus man. I have a confirmed order by Ford Performance and it still doesn't show in Cotus.
My recommendation is to give FP a call and ask.

If he is a regular sales guy, I would go to the sales manager, if he is a sales manager, i would go to the GM. There is absolutely zero reason for them to withhold that information from you, especially if you have a deposit down. They didnt give you a VOC or preliminary order form?

I've received and order form with a order number, not sure what a VOC is. He's a sales guy, not a manager, I'll see what FP tells me tomorrow and then I'll take it to the manager if I need to. At what point should they be able to provide me the DORA?

The GM probably won't know either. You need to talk to the person who has access to the ordering system. Typically it's the fleet guy or a specialist in the store. They can check for you. If you have an order number from the dealer that might be all they have at this point until FP confirms the order. I'd still keep a level head at this point. Doesn't sound too out of the norm for the R cars.

If you have an order number and dealer code and it was actually entering into the ordering bank, the DORA should have been generated within a day or two of the order. VOC is the vehicle order confirmation, its what gets printed out after the dealer places the order. The DORA is the ping from ford on the other end that they have received the order.

Same here. Mine is set to be built on Monday and nothing shows up on COTUS. Best way to be sure is just call Ford Performance.

Don't even bother using COTUS. It doesn't work for GT350's. Trust me I obsessively checked it daily hoping something would pop up. lol
