I've received and order form with a order number, not sure what a VOC is. He's a sales guy, not a manager, I'll see what FP tells me tomorrow and then I'll take it to the manager if I need to. At what point should they be able to provide me the DORA?

I've asked multiple times for a DORA with either no response or he dodges the question. I have tried to look it up on www.cotus.ford.com but I get an error saying "No matching vehicle found". I'll try calling Ford Performance tomorrow but I'm getting close to asking for my deposit back.

I believe I'm 3rd in line, I placed my order back on 12/17/15 and really haven't received much in details from the dealer. He wouldn't give me the dealer code early on but a quick google search got me that, I'm not feeling great about this deal now.

I'm still waiting on mine, I asked my dealer for a status update and this is the text I got back. Has anyone else gotten a response like this?

Yeah California is ridiculous. So if the Order Guide is correct then I shouldn't have a problem passing Smog for registering it in CA.
