COTUS doesn't work, so don't waste your time with it. Ford has not figured out how to kill the link. I guess I understand the issue, Ford customer Service told me that my car has 19" wheels, but 18" tires, so I am not surprised that Ford Customer Service has not figured out how to kill a link to a website that Ford will tell you isn't valid.

Yeah I had to do a special order as there wasn't one anywhere in the US on the ground with the exact specs I wanted.

If you want better tracking details, just get in touch with your salesperson at the dealership. They've got better visibility and COTUS has been dead for a while now (was never meant to be customer facing system).

COTUS was a tracking site that is still in a pilot phase and has not been rolled out for all regions or vehicle nameplates, NvrFinished. It hasn’t work for any 2016MY. I am working on getting those links removed.

I’m not sure who you spoke with, but your vehicle has 8.5 X 19” Painted Aluminum Wheels and 255/40R19 W-RATED tires, timd38. It is not a matter of not knowing how to kill the link, but actually getting it done. The program never launched, so the links just remained. I appreciate your input and patience.

custom orders are fun.

I have yet to see another convertible with stripes at all, much less ruby red. glad I custom ordered mine. :-)

I have a friend who works at a local Ford dealer who put the actual order in and can see what's on the ground both across the US and sitting at Flat Rock as we speak. So yes, I have "access" to that info

Deysha from Ford Service pm'd me yesterday with an approximate build date of March 8th with a delivery date to dealer of March 31st. I was able to view my window sticker online today as well.
