Are you certain about that? My booking reads quantity 124, but other mustang bookings on that vessel read other quantities. Not that it really means anything to anyone anyway. Your car is either on the boat or not.

Mine is 121, was received at terminal at 13:36.

I think the 121 is the order it was put on boat.

Think so, it should settle once all are on at a number, and that'll be how many came on, the number you're seeing at the moment, i'd hazard a guess is like what [MENTION=14445]C11EWM[/MENTION] said.

It's the order quantity since its listed under voyage details.

Anybody had the mythical 'congrats your car has shipped on vessel xxxxx and here's how to track it' letter?

I haven't, and I don't really care, but curious. Putting together a performance review dossier to hand to the dealer manager when I pick my car up. Last I got from the "Mustang guy" was that it will be built in March. It's halfway across the Atlantic and not a word.

I'm not expecting one. I emailed my dealer over a week ago for an update. Didn't really need one but thought it would be wise to open up the comms channels as the car should be with him in six weeks or so. No reply...

I did the same although I did get a few spam emails, coincidence, I think not.

Called mine (as I said previously) called me today (shocked), changed a lot about him, he was like 'Your car says its been delivered' to which I responded, it most certainly has not, it hasn't been on a ship, It's just arrived in Baltimore... :frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty:
He then said 'Oh yes, sorry, it should be here by the end of March'.

To which I responded, if you can do that, I'll be shocked, but it wont be here by the End of March, however I'll keep you updated when it arrives in the UK .

He said they haven't had any mustang deliveries in 2016 yet... Which is pretty obvious due to the storms, i doubt many dealers have

Today i was in the dealers sorting out the rest of the paperwork (and look at the rs) before arrival next month, i know its been mentioned before on here but i asked the dealer about delivery from southampton to the dealership, salesman was telling me about a customer whos car has been sitting there for 2/3 weeks and was pretty mad it hadn't been brought up yet. Was it said who is responsible for the delivery to dealership as my salesman said Ford deal with this and its nothing to do with themselves, and they cant even get involved with the process. Does that sound right or a lot of bs(as they just dont want to take ownership) for the car sitting down there for so long.

Sounds like a heap of bullshit. to my Knowledge, and what others have said, the dealerships are notified once the car passes the security checks in Southampton and is then notified to the dealer to pickup.

As with most ford stuff, we'll never know the full witchcraft behind it :headbonk:
