In this video, I unbox, install and give initial thoughts on the Billet aluminum paddle shifter extensions.

Man, so glad I sub'd you on YouTube. I'm very interested, just the other day I was complaining in my own head about how when I hold my hands at the proper positions on a steering wheel that I could only reach the paddles with my ring and pinky fingers.

Definitely going to check these out.

That doesn't make sense. If you are talking about holding your hands at 10 and 2, it does make sense but that recommendation went out a long time ago. Now the recommendation is either 9 and 3 or 8 and 4. For performance driving it is 9 and 3. So if you are holding the steering wheel right, the stock paddle shifters are perfect.

Thanks for subbing! I like the look and functionality of the extensions.

I don't normally use the paddles for shifting, but I do like the look of them.
Yeah, I think they definitely add to the look of the interior. I'm glad they made them out of billet aluminum and not plastic.

Do they have ones that replace the stock paddles, I don't like that you can see the old ones still, also where did you get your sticker on the steering wheel? Once I find a good price for the GT350 wheel, I might put a CF sticker there and then get the CF paddles

I haven't seen any that completely replace the original paddle shifters. Although, you could pull them out and paint them to match the extensions. Probably would be easier to do if you went with the black extensions.

Interesting, I'll look into this.

I was referencing the 10 and 2 positions.

9 & 3 doesn't work with the fat spoke unless ya hang your thumbs on it...Very awkward.

My problem with my paddle buttons are not with how tall they are, but how far inside they are. I have to roll my hands around the wheel to get to them decently. If they came just a little bit further to the outside of the wheel I would be extremely happy.
