UK Mustang delivery

Hi People
a few of us are lucky to have been on the vessel Parsifal which arrived in Zeebrugge this week and i see from the tracking my car is now discharged and awaiting underseal spray.
does anyone know or had the experience of the next process of how it gets to the UK and duration now to the dealer.?
the Parsifal has now left for germany and then ends in Southhampton on the 17th feb i dont know why after the underspray they didnt put the car back on the vessel makes sense to me :clap2:

The cars sometimes end up on a different vessel for the journey from Zeebrugge to Southampton. Bit of a nightmare guessing which one tho (

Just got an update from my dealer. My car is on the production line at last
Awaiting a vin number.

If your dealer says it's 'on the production line' it has probably been built already - they are normally a good bit behind. He might mean it has a build slot as if it was on the line there would already be a VIN.

Only source of info worth anything is Karen and Stacey at [email protected]

I've spent most of the weekend tracking Fidelio into Baltimore; now counting the cars as they loaded and appear on the WWL website. I need therapy. Actually I just need a car.

I have been speaking to a Ford dealer through a Ducati forum who thinks he has a White One due very shortly that is available. 5.0 manual not Custom but with all the toys.
I will contact him if anyone is interested ?

Get him to drop it on this forum if he's serious, i'm sure someone will snap it up. (price/Spec/Arrival date etc)

If you go on the WWL track and trace https://www.2wglobal.com/webapps?fr...cean.do?method=getDefaultOceanQuickSearchPage and just enter a generic first 4 digits of a VIN in the cargo (far right) box e.g. 1FAT which is a convertible or 1FA6 which is a coupe, it will bring up a list of all the vehicles that fall into that category. The vehicles seem to be added as they are scanned so you can see the list growing.

I'm trying to stay optimistic right now as although my car was booked on the Fidelio, and hundreds of cars were loaded yesterday afternoon, and the ship has now left Baltimore; my car is not showing as 'loaded on vessel'. Just hoping it is slow to update. :shrug:

This is not unusual [MENTION=15533]slowhand99[/MENTION].

Several of our cars took a day or two to update from "received" to "loaded" after the actual departure.

Got an update this morning that my build now due in March. Slipped a bit but feeling philosophical about it as if some people have lost cars in the snow storm then I don't feel bad if theirs get pushed through first.

The wait continues and I look forward to my first drive!

Ouch, no good to hear a slip in the build dates, however, nice to see the optimism of you not minding and caring for the fallen brothers cars...:ford:.

Time spent at Flatrock since gate release: 11days and counting.

Thanks Slowhand......I'm in the same boat (pun intended) like yours my car is not showing as loaded......I've been in touch with Karen, and she's convinced it's on the ship...;)
