You've seen those plastic surgery shows about people who get addicted to surgery. They have a boob job, then the nose doesn't fit the new boobs so that gets done, and then the chin looks out of place and so on.

You already have a great car there Steve. Sounds like you have moved on from sticker tans to the more extensive nose and arse treatment. I think you should be careful ;)
