Just picked it up today. My god - loud as hell with the LT headers.

Mustang dyno - 677 rwhp and 579 rwtq. I will be adding the "race gas" when I fill up this weekend. It will be back on the dyno to test with the higher octane gas when the DSS forged one-piece AL drive shaft comes in; still on back order and it was ordered 9 weeks ago.
When I got my QA1 cf ds it was about 8 weeks and that was pre covid so not surprised it's going longer these days.

Foot on the brake, hold the + cruise control button for about 10 seconds will turn on the fans. They stay running about 5 minutes after shutting the car off.
So I tried this and it did not work. I had the system on but engine was off. Does the engine need to be on when performing this function? I will try it again this weekend.

The engine must be running. The fan keeps running for about 5 minutes after you shut it off, though.

It worked. Thanks for the tip on this.

It seems like a lot more development and experimentation happened on the gen2 coyote than the gen3, even though the production run was half as long or even less. Whipple stuff is the same way. I think people are scared of the dual injection system.

Curious to hear what others with 2018 or newer GTs (Gen III coyote), with either Roush Phase II or other superchargers, may have done for additional cooling upgrades. This conversation came up with the turner at the racing / performance shop this afternoon (they are currently working on my car) and indicated that intake temp was reaching 160 degrees and that I may need to look into additional intake cooling on top of the larger Roush Phase II radiator (I'm probably screwing up the technical terms here).

The performance mods being done include the following:

1. VMP 2.8" pulley, with smaller belt and VMP boost-a-bump
2. Billet oil pump and timing gear
3. Long-tube headers, with high-flow catted mid-pipes (guess I could have scratched the cats since it is a registered collector and no longer subject to OH emissions checks)
4. Forged one-piece AL driveshaft
5. custom tuning - staying on 93 octane

Thanks for the input.
You might want to opt for a PNR trunk mounted tank with a larger intercooler pump. Another option would be a killer chiller unit. We sell both here at www.lethalperformance.com. Please give us a shout and we can discuss which would be best fit for your application.

Thank you. Is there someone specific I should ask for or call directly?
