Stronger and wider than the others by 50%. Widest possible option, 1.652 inches, for minimal deflection and the most bushing support on the market. Notice how the Steeda billet bracket supports the tops of the bushings (picture 5128, 5129) for complete bushing support. This is our proprietary design where everyone else lets the top edge of the bushing deflect, Steeda supports it! We could have made it narrower like the other piece, to save time and money, but when you're sacrificing performance and structural integrity that’s where Steeda draws the line.

We no longer use zerk fittings since mid year 2016
That's a huge positive right there. So they don't need any maintenance once installed (properly)? What sort of technology makes this possible?

We are currently making Delrin for our sway bars should be out in about 2 weeks. We can accommodate your front bar but not the rear.

Thank you Mike D

The lube channels in our urethane Bushings. I have had my bars on for over a year no squeaks or groans.

Our rear bar is 28.5 mm not 25mm. I put a request into our CNC dept if we can do a simple program change while we run ours. keep you posted through a pm.

Thanks

Absolutely! I agree 100%. I would rather have more bushing support and bushing surface coverage. Also I agree that the hole in the bushing for the grease is the cause for split urethane. As of now no body makes front and rear delrin bushings, I have started making a set for the rear. Not sure why BMR only makes them for the front.

I made some delrin lined bushings for my car. I can't seem to find a picture right now, I'll keep looking.

I am interested on this question as well. Have Pro kit springs and was going to match this sway bars with FRPP shocks.

Thank you! Plus our Steeda mounting ends are machined out of Billet Steel and Tig welded on for the most durability possible, no coined end here!
