All rotational mass adds up. I had March WP(CobraR)/PS(CobraR)/Crank pulley done on my Mach1. It reved noticeably easier at a stop.

By itself it's not anything you will notice, but as someone said, a reduction in rotational mass will make a difference as it adds up. It sure looks nicer than the stock steel pulley though. I have this on my car as well.
