V8Venom's Whipple Build

I did not buy it because it has a "cooler logo" even though it does, but for me I have always wanted a Whipple. I looked at their supercharger compared to other PD's cause I am not a fan of Centri. I have owned a Kenne Bell in the past and love their products. I was on the fence on whether or not to buy a Roush or VMP and it really came down to personal preference. They will all make similar power, I just had to go with Whipple's reputation, customer service and the front feed blower itself. Roush's and VMP's blowers are carry over items and they require a small bit of fabrication to fit whereas the Whipple just dropped right in and not to mention it's just so damn sexy looking! You can read all day on here about people's opinions and what the better supercharger, for me it was all about my personal preference.

Mileage....what mileage? lol You will have your foot in this thing a lot so mileage will not be good. I have forgotten about mileage I just know gas is cheap so I don't mind paying $25 to fill up my tank and I drive the car once to twice a week. I've owned it just over a year and just hit 6,400 miles with the majority of those coming since I put the blower on in the beginning of November. Hope this helps you.

25$ for a full tank of gas? Damn!!!! Its good to be american. Im still paying like 60 to 70 $ up here in montreal and gas has been the cheapest its been in years :( im jealous to say the least lol

Haha hell yeah man. $25 for a tank of gas makes you want to go WOT just leaving the parking lot. :lol:

Don't even know where the cheapest gas station is around here. Doesn't even matter when it costs below $30 either way to refill, lol.

Man i wish i had those gas prices here. No worries though because i still drive my car hard anyways. Its just a joy to drive in general and its my first mustang. If i was looking for fuel economy i could have just bought a prius lol

The cheapest gas I've seen is $1.47 but that's for regular. I pay $1.99 for 93. I feel for you though cause when I lived in California at the height of the gas madness I was paying upwards of $5 per gallon and nothing out there is close, so I was literally driving 25-30 miles just to get to work. Still drove my Mustangs and bit the bullet.

So first I want to thank [MENTION=17459]altjx[/MENTION] for hooking me up with some DRL's that are being shipped out as we speak and I should have back by early next week. Still awaiting the driveshaft to come in as well. I did a photoshoot yesterday, these are just the pics I took with my cell phone, I will post the higher quality ones when I have them later on this week. I also FINALLY got my custom plate after waiting almost three months for it.
