I'll have pictures in a couple weeks as well for reference. Tires should be delivered this week but I fly out for work on Friday, so be middle of august before they get put on.You're doing 325 squared? Please post pics!!!
If I were to hazard a guess, I would say with the numerous orders made for those tire sizes since I posted the link, they realize that size is still in demand and can make few more $$'s off of them.Hmmmmm. Just tried looking up these tires on Tire Rack and Discount Tire. Wanted to duplicate 50 Deep sizes, ie, 305/325. Tire Rack is listing them at close to $300 each. Cannot find them at all on DT. Did I miss something ? Did not try contacting Candice yet because there's no price to match !
10.7" tread width on a 11.5" will have quite a bit more stretch than stock, which isn't ideal but will probably have better response than putting a fat and wide tire on a relatively narrow wheel (12.2" 325 on a 11.5" wheel). I wouldn't do either. Can the Michelin Pilot Sports 305s fit on the R rear wheels? I was able to buy 6 of them for $561 total, the 325s weren't available.
Got mine as well and mounted on my N4S R-specs. Will install after Laguna next week:Well, tires arrived a little over a week ago, appointment to have them mounted on August 21st. Local Ford dealer uses a John Bean touchless tire mounting system, hopefully the wheels make out alright...
How bout them tires though? When your tires are taller than the car

10.7" tread width is only for the GT350 specific MPSS, which are different than the ones I linked. The 305's that I linked are actually an 11.7" tread width as opposed to 10.7".10.7" tread width on a 11.5" will have quite a bit more stretch than stock, which isn't ideal but will probably have better response than putting a fat and wide tire on a relatively narrow wheel (12.2" 325 on a 11.5" wheel). This article explains the effects of a wide tire on narrow wheel and vice versa. Makes sense why Ford sized the wheels and bespoke PSS & PSC2 the way they did, to maximize the response, feeling, and performance of the tire:10.7" tread width is only for the GT350 specific MPSS, which are different than the ones I linked. Just an FYI as well, the correct wheel size listed for the 325 is an 11.5" wide wheel. The fact that the tread width is wider than the wheel measurement just means that the tire is very "square" in nature and will extend past the wheel by approx. 1/4" on both outside and inside, which is perfectly normal.
Don't be confused by the OEM 10.7" tread width. That does not mean that that size is the maximum that can be fit on the wheel, it simply means that the OEM tire is "narrow" in nature and is actually rounded for better hydroplaning resistance and daily driving characteristics.
