Selectable Steering Comfort to Normal everytime I start my car

You can set your preferences in MyMode and it will remember them. I have mine set to normal drive mode, comfort steering and Sport exhaust. You can set other combinations and have it remember them.

You still have to use the switch to put it on MyMode lol :frusty:

It was working on my 2015, not on my 2018... switches are to activate super boost power to your car :lol: like nitro or sport+ track modes... not to flip it from Normal to Comfort steering every single day

Mine defaults to the setting that I saved. After setting your prrference, don't you get a message saying to hold OK to save?

MyMode works well.

I don't like the Sports setting for steering. There is a strange artificial resistance when you start to turn the wheel. Like breaking through the skin of a rice pudding.

This made me lol.

^Yes, we know how to do that, the issue is MyMode is not the default "mode" upon start-up. Normal is.

I was referring to the drive mode NORMAL. The current discussion is saving the steering mode to MyMode and the fact that MyMode is not a default setting forces one to re-select MyMode along with a saved steering mode.

Selectable steering retains its last value for me ('18 GT PP). Drive mode will default to Normal when starting the car, but the steering setting is saved.

I like Sport steering and the fact that it retains its value while the vehicle is in Normal mode. I use Track mode way too often, but Normal mode is a good remedy for a lead foot.

My base model keeps the steering setting. I have tried all three and they all stay where I left them last. So far......

Isn’t “My Mode” only available in the 2018 with the new digital 12” dash cluster? I didn’t see any clarification in the 3 pages here from the references to “My Mode”.
