Fingers crossed!

And yes, I remember those 2 mules being spotted. Hopefully the spies will still be out there, hunting them down :)

Actually, what I've been hearing backs up what he said about a bigger motor/Trinity replacement.

Cool thing is, IMHO, is that the rest of what he said was dead on. :)

Supposedly a GT 500 mule. Taken in 09/14 IIRC.
It's packing something tall under the hood.

When I heard HP leaks and guesses, I shrugged them off. I thought "If you are reporting initial development AND horsepower figures (740+)" there is no way one of those two are accurate.

If this was taken in August, it could be busted tracking this Spring. I say go for 800hp or go home...

800hp in 2017 is equivalent to 500hp in 2007 so...

With what we've seen out of Ford lately, I'm very confident they will continue to honor the Shelby legacy with the GT 500. That seemed very important to them with the GT350. :)

Yep. Big time. Example is the local Australian FPV Falcons. The turbocharged six measures around 450hp, the Miami V8 (supercharged Coyote) is just over 500hp. The acceleration times are almost the same. It's a driver's race. But measure the rolling starts from various gears and the blown engine gets it's backside handed to it in all but the optimum gear for the given speed, where the V8's power is higher. The midrange on the turbo 4 litre is superior.

Turbocharging is the way to go - I think Ford is done working with superchargers, it's kind of a half-ass aftermarket approach to making more power.

I want to see the 3.5 V6 EcoBoost in the GT500. If they want to chase the Hellcat market and want another heavy, uninspired supercharged boat like the last GT500 for all the old geezers that's fine, but won't interest me in the slightest bit.
