Im not flipping the car, but I would expect to keep it between 12 and 24 months. So yes resale is important. For what it's worth, I would be trading the car in so not sure a dealer would care as much as a private party buyer?

No dealer in my metro area (Kansas City) will go any lower than 3k over sticker. Most are at 10k over sticker. I'm not sure how you guys are getting these deals. I do have a trade and that limits my ability to negotiate.
