Reminds me of my programming friends who say they hate it when someone says "oh you are IT?". I then joke that it's OK, but remember who you call when your computer doesn't work lol.
AH, defense contracting. I work for an HVAC corporation and we have a lot of defense contractors as clients. I have had to go on-site to them a few times for building control systems and it always amazes me that it seems to either be A) total lack of (physical) security or B) security overload. No rhyme or reason to in regards to "what that building does". Also amazes me how many use ancient wireless hardware and WEP...Senior Global Security Analyst for Meggitt PLC.
