Great looking chop. I am a sucker for a good salad as well. And yes you do need cucumber. How dare you. at first I thought the peas were lamb and beans which is one of my favorite. I love those.

It was close - lamb . . Lima bean, itās all the same to a mobile device freaking spell/grammar checker that puts what it thinks instead of what you want thereā¦.I didnāt double check my words because I was using the speaker. I meant to say lima beans.
We've been going through these big boxes like crazy lately. My daughter has been dehydrating them for her cereal. As long as we were there we picked these up before the drive home. Nothing like fresh from the farm. So sweet and amazing.
A favorite around here.Made jambalaya
All of that looks great!!!I do 99% of the cooking in my home. Working only an hour a day affords me that "luxury". I feed anywhere between two and ten per meal, depending on which kids and significant others are around on any given day. Here are just some recents. Slow cooker beef roast; chicken fried steaks with ranch mashed and white gravy; chocolate chip cookies; steaks, butter herb angel hair, asparagus; trunk sandwiches from a road trip my wife and I recently took. Honestly, we don't eat only beef, I have chicken quarters in the oven as I type!
Thank you very much! It was on point. All of that looks great!!!
But that chicken fried steak...oh my!! That looks PERFECT.
I did one last weekend, I usually cover with beef broth in a dutch oven with potatoes. This time I wrapped with foil and covered with the seasoning, 1 hour/lb at 300 degrees. Turned out great! No pics though...Is anybody doing a corned beef for Sunday?
Considering it.....Is anybody doing a corned beef for Sunday?
