Went to Laguna Seca on Monday along with Diablo Region PCA. I'm an instructor there, which allows me to drive the Mustang instead of a Porsche.

Unfortunately, TireRack shat the bed on my track tire order, so I was on the stock Pirellis. Because of that, I didn't bother timing and just had fun. Man those stock tires are not great, lol.

Love the shot with the GT4. I drove a friends GT4 on the track in late July and for some reason decided to buy a GTPP the next day! Not sure what the connection is, but there it is... I ran very similar track times in both on similar tires. Both are fun, but the GT4 felt too cushy and too easy.

The cars are getting better and faster. We finished 38th overall. The didn't score well in the car show portion. Car is stock looking, I need to work on that!!

No shots on track yet but here's one from track-side and a video from this weekend. Unless you go up into the control tower or the main building, NOLA doesn't really have any good spectator spots since they put up all the barriers for the Indycar stuff.

Yes, I do. And a Corvette. There were a lot of GT350s there and many of them were Rs.
