Car made 730/550 on 3.6 with e85. How much gain can I expect going down to 3.48, 3.4, or 3.33?

Curious also, Ive heard 3.48 is around 14-15psi depending on cats, headers, RPM etc... My question is do you have to move the idler on the bracket to a different hole. Or just change pulleys and go?

I put down 780 RWHP with 3.48 pulley and trapped 173.8 1/2 mile PBD tuned.

3.48 made right around 14psi for me and i went 9.3 at 147 with it.

No track passes with the new setup. Ordering a converter next week so hope to get some test passes after that is installed.

The closest 1/4 mile track is pretty strict on cages so I have been waiting to get everything dialed in before I press my luck. :lol:

Most cars seem to gain in the neighborhood of 80-100whp when switching from pump gas (no octane booster) to e85.

Depends on a lot of factors...

I have seen a turbo race car on C16 gain 300rwhp under the curve when they converted over to kroger E-85.
