I am not sure if it will possible to reach 8.5 in a not modded 2018. The difference to a manual "old" S550 is rather big. From Car & Drivers test. The Camaro ran 8.9 in the same comparion with the auto.

Naw no reason to get your whipple on yet. Put a set of headers, and a tune on your 350 and your good to go. I was at a meet with some very fast cars this pass weekend, waaaaaaaaay out in Tijuana Mexico, and Sasha def held her own against quite a few cars I thought would take me. Was a good time.I own a GT 350,and to be honest I feel kind of bad that stock for stock the 18 GT is faster in a straight line .
Unless you are a "hot shoe" like burnin4 most average drivers are going to run mid 12's on a good day .
I know auto vs manual, and the strip is not where the GT 350 shines( I have a couple other mustang GT 's for that:cheers: )...but still .
It looks like it's time for me to get "my Whipple on "-I was never going to see a road course anyway .
Going to take my chances with the stock motor and not build like I planned before but will do at least OPG/CS( if it blows I will give will@whippe a call )
Livernois is not far away so there S880 package is looking like a good deal and should be enough to avoid being embarrassed by " stock 18's" at the strip .
Is the right column the MY15 A6?
We know an MY18 does 12.0@117mph, if the Camaro is 12.3@116 would suggest the MY18 is a touch quicker to 100mph over the Camaro with the A10.
Who said anything about bikes? It's slow periodThat's right, it might be slow compared to a motorcycle but for a cheapish car it's quick.
Smug post is smug.Lol. People thinking it's fast.
Not my fault people have no idea what fast actually is.Smug post is smug.
Who has a 4 runner diesel? Those 4runner diesels lead all the way to Smugsville, what with their 16 second 1/4 miles.
Speed is relative. Not my fault people have no idea what fast actually is.
For people used to economy cars, sure. Not my fault folks that arent heavy into cars are used to that. Stock vipers and z06s are slow while I'm on the topic. 11s and 10s aren't fast.Speed is relative.
Right, and whatever you're used to is slow compared to an F/A-18. It's all relative and a pretty silly topic to claim authority on. Someone can shove a rocket up their ass and hop on a skateboard and outrun your 8 second fox body Mustang. Who cares. For people used to economy cars, sure. Again not my fault people are used to slow economy cars and have no real concept on it. I don't have a foxbody. Ps you shove a rocket up someone's ass they aren't out running anything. They're going to die.Right, and whatever you're used to is slow compared to an F/A-18. It's all relative and a pretty silly topic to claim authority on. No thanks. My last build drug 8 second bikes.I did. Ride a fast bike if you want to feel speed. Not sat in an armchair in a tin box.
been driving 7-9 second cars on the street regularly for over 30 years. I'm good.Speed is relative to what you are used to driving. If you are use to going 160 170 180 all the time, then yes its slow.
IN A VEHICLE WITH 4 WHEELS AND STREET LEGAL 11's and 10's are fast. If your driving a race car on the street....then well your on borrowed time.
Makes no difference though, your just trying to get people to reply to your cryptic post...I shamed myself for even replying to it.
Isn't it?! I'm not here to be liked. Being liked by everyone always is a fools errand. I prefer knowledge and experience. I'm too old to care about popularity. Especially on the netCool story bro.
