Lol nice blanket statement that is completely inaccurate. So I guess anything not made in america sucks? And everything made in America is the best? That's hilarious.
Just like tool snobs. If it's not made in america, then it must be junk.

Keep believing a set of $300 headers are as quality as $1000 set made in the USA. SMH. Can't believe this American product bashing is still continuing. Really pathetic IMO.
Sometimes they are, believe it or not when people have a cheaper cost of living they will work for less money, as someone who is in the South and not NYC you should know this. Granted there is plenty of garbage out there too, but header needn't be 4 figures and hand crafted

Not even sure why people are still discussing why the OP purchased headers made in China, get over it, thereā€™s nothing you can do about it. Canā€™t believe people even care what someone else does with ā€œtheirā€ money!!!!!

We agree. Not saying more expensive is always better. But supporting copyright infringement, slave wages, and countries with no environmental/worker regulation is hardly good for American business. One day those buying these headers may be replaced by Chinese labor. Enjoy.
No they wont. Robots will replace everyone before that. Also "American business" are the ones doing the out sourcing.

Lol who's bashing American products? Also can you explain how these headers are of lesser quality. Can any of you guys come up with some real facts or stfu about your American made argument. Extremely pathetic.

In for install pics and sound clips...

for all yaā€™all claiming to only ā€œbuy ā€˜Mericanā€- you must not wear any clothes. Just saying.

Stones/glass houses/blah blah blah

Now- back to the topic at hand. Pics, sound clips, dyno sheets, etc...

UPDATE

Both sides are in but about 6 inches short of bolting up to the catback. So I order some more clamps and a 3 inch pipe from summit.

I did fire it up without the catback and the resonators definitely make the exhaust less raspy

Scott, what size is your catback pipe size? You have to go from 3" to 2 1/4"?

My catback is 3 inch. It has adapters to go from the 3 inch down to 2 1/4 for the stock headers but I want full 3 inch

Since these are the same as OBX, I have start up clip on the S550 FB page where someone is discussing these headers.
