Ive been waiting to finally see this color. Now that ive seen it... im back on the fence vs. Race Red in 2017...

Is it just me (or my monitor? ), the 2nd car in the two fotos where you see the 3 cars, that almost looks like a DIB? May be angle, dirtycar, focus and me.. im not sure.

For me, Magnetic has always been my first choice however Lightning Blue has given me a second option so like crazymayhem, I am on the fence for my '17 (sigh)

You don't have to wait for the 2017s. My 2016 GT 350 arrived two days ago, and the panel fit and gaps were excellent. If my car is typical, there have been some big changes in QC the last few months.

Think this may have just swayed my decision on what color I am ordering. It was between this and Grabber Blue and I really really like this blue.

This one's a keeper and the paint is really good - 9.5/10, everywhere but the front bumper cover and hood, which get 8/10 because of a small blemish above the grill they tried to fix at the factory and a few hood boogers you really can't see until you open the hood. I think of those as being part of the original character of the car, as in, "You wouldn't kick Cindy Crawford out of bed for having a mole on her face."

I'll post more pictures in a week or so, after the weather improves and the XPEL is done.
