Since it is not a stock tune it may not be able to function properly with a high percentage of E. I wouldn't worry till I had run this tank out and filled with another.

If the only reason for running 93 is to "flush" the system that is not necessary. Add an oz or 2 of alcohol top lube every 3 or 4 tanks if you think it is necessary. I like adding it just for the peace of mind I get.

I think the Lund E85R tune needs E70 to be safe. Or so I've been told.

I test on each fill up it’s always over E75. Ok I won’t worry about it thanks. He said it was dialed in perfectly on the dyno and that it’s not the tune. He didn’t look at the log he said he’s sure but if I wanna pay $150 he’ll look at it lol. I guess I won’t pay him anything and wait. Thanks!

Have you seen the emails I got from Fore? It’s in my last thread.

add the 93, flash your non-e85 tune drive gently for like 15 minutes and you're good to go.

That much e85 will do nothing signifigant, its going to be under 20% total tank concentration assuming 14mpg and actual e85. Which is low enough to where it doesn't matter.
This is the answer you're looking for.

On a 4.25 pulley these are my numbers. My 852W is on a 3.5 which is currently installed. 4.25 is 10psi I believe.

So I contacted Procharger to get install directions for a pulley swap. He emailed me the original install booklet 😂 now I’m more confused

Maybe add some non ethanol fuel with some octane boost to soak up some of the higher ethanol content in the tank

The install booklet should show you how to install the pulley. The reverse process would remove it. 🤷‍♂️

Also I really think you’re overthinking the E85 stuff. Just run the safer fuel (E85) and enjoy it.

Don't go off the "miles to empty", its an estimate and could be way off.

Go off the gas gauge. Generally I'm going to want to get it w/in 1 gallon of empty.

I keep a 5 gallon can of gas at the house, so its easier to switch when its close to empty as opposed to timing a run to the E85 station 10 miles away.

I know there’s an extra 2 gallons in there when it says 0 miles to empty. I filled up at 6 miles or so to empty and was able to fit 12.8 gallons of 93

I found a video. I do have to change to a different belt and because of the significant difference between 3.5 and 4.25 I would have to make adjustments to the crank bolt that’s scary lol
