Suck it up and live with it or deal with a body shop.

The gap or the scratches?

I think there is a thread on here showing how to fix the rear bumper gaps.

The scratches - get some Meguiars scratch removal compound (or other similar product) and put a little elbow grease into the scratches, they will almost go away depending upon depth of the scratch. Then wax over the area.

Loosen the screws in that side of the bumper, knock the bumper back in and hold it there when you tighten the screws. That is all a body shop will do.

If you can hang a fingernail on those you will most likely need to have them fixed by a body shop. Assuming you don't mean the gap.

The clips popped out so loosen the screw and push them back in.
As for the paint damage, if you can feel it with your fingernail, it needs to be repainted.

If you don't want to go to a body shop, you might want to find a high end detailer that could get it 80-90% of the way fixed. Like Cobra Jet said some scratch compound/touch up paint/wax would probably do it.

You could start by calling the help line of Kevin Browns company Buff daddy and getting advice. I know he teaches detailing classes and does really high profile stuff but they can probably point you in the right direction. http://www.buffdaddy.com/about

It never hurts to try to buff the scratches. It will look better regardless. It might not fix everything but you might find you can live with the rest.
