So awesome. I want to do the whole thing. This is my kind of mini-vaca.

I love that they did the best they could to match you with the car that's the same color as yours. My GHIG did not disappoint.

Still up on the bosstrackattack.com site. Not sure about the Raptor part though.

According to the website raptor assault school was 1595, (1395 if you own a raptor).

It did cut down on selection dates quite a bit; because the programs needed to be running in succession.

(I'll be the first to admit it was an expensive vacation but given that I hadn't really taken any time off in upward of 1 year it was well worth it).

What level of skill was required to attend the previous track days? Is this something a novice would be able to attend?

Yes, it's geared towards the absolute beginner. But that said, it was still a lot of fun for me and I'd consider myself fairly experienced.

I have attended schools at the park when it was Miller Motorsports Park and this is a great place for a novice to learn how to drive on a track. That is what it is all about!
After you get some training, you will be hooked!
It looks like TheLeftSchuh is from Portland, OR area. They have great tracks in that area also.

You don’t want to know
I wish they'd get the location of the school settled, so my wife knows where our vacation will be this year. She got to go to the spa while I was at the Road America Track Tour, and she thought she got the better part of the deal.

I wonder how she'll feel about two days at the spa? :headbang:

I haven't seen anything that would indicate it wouldn't be at UMC. Hopefully we'll see everything officially setup in a month or so, but that's purely wishful thinking on my part.

I'd never done any track duty and it showed. But it wasn't like I was out of place; you can safely go as a complete novice and they will help you.

It's a great place to get bit with the track bug.

If you go, you can probably expect a new hobby when you leave.

Before Christmas, someone here posted a picture of a bunch of GT 350s that had been delivered to the track or the immediate area - so there's a hint, I hope.

My wife is bugging to see if she can drive, too. Did they have any provision for spouses at previous events? We would pay for an event if that was available.

Yes, again it's still on the old site. It's like $995.
