Yep. It's just the sequential production number.

Any one that tracks Shelbys will ask your chassis number

"Ford just asked me for the GT350R order. It will be part of next weeks scheduling. About a week after that I'll know what week it's being built."

Congrats !! Mine Gt350R is still in unscheduled clean - hopefully I'll be next.

What part of the US is your dealer located. I ordered mine from Houston.

Mine should arrive at the TX dealer next week. Then I need to arrange safe passage to CA. I should have it by end of month!

I toyed with the idea of getting a '17 instead due to the cooling upgrades. But decided to hang onto the '16 anyway. i just hope that Ford comes up with a fix just in case I decide to take her to the track once or twice.

Has anyone heard of any R's that are still available?

You haven't heard? Texas just passed House Bill HB2016GT350R that "No Shelby GT350R shipped to the Great State of Texas shall ever leave".

I ordered mine in CA. It still showed unscheduled material hold as of this AM but I assume that will change soon. If yours is "clean" it's gotta be soon.
